We had Deans plumbing out this morning for a repair Erik S. was our repair guy he did a great job and would highly recommend them. We had another company out they charged a $89 fee and quoted a $1200 repair. So we choose Deans over that company they waived the fee and were less than 1/2 the price.

Corey B was a good guy! Very professional and explained everything he was doing and explained what we should do to prevent future problems. We are definitely going to use Dean's in the future and l highly recommend.

Brandon was very nice. He did diagnostics on my AC and gave me cost for multiple options. He was also thorough and explained all options and how it worked and if I did not he was patient until I was clear... if all the employees in this company are as nice and helpful... this company has not given up customer service and it is heart warming to have that still in our society.

Jeff was very friendly, personable and thorough. He explained the problem and took pictures to illustrate why our air conditioner was longer working. He prepared 3 different possible solutions to resolve the problem and explained each one thoroughly. I was very satisfied with the time he took to make sure I understood all options and to answer any questions.
