We had an emergency without water heater. The person who took my call was professional and efficient. She made sure she could answer my questions before the plumber got to our house. Nate was our plumber. Again, very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and clean. The pricing was reasonable. Told me what I would expect and worked until 1:00 a.m. installing a new water heater. I will most definitely use your services again!

A/C went out in a Saturday. Called Dean's and Eric came out that afternoon. He was extremely courteous and diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour.. very satisfied with the work and the costs were very reasonable. I will not hesitate to Call Dean's again if I have a heating or A/C problem again. They were great!!!

We had a plumbing fiasco where we had to turn the water off to the house. We called a few places. Dean's was the first one to have an opening. Tyler S. and his apprentice (assistant, not exactly sure on the title) Ben were out first thing the next morning. They listened to what had happened. They didn't ever judge us on the project that has gotten us over our heads (literally and figuratively). They assessed and came up with a plan. They shared it with us and then got to work. They were efficient, kind, thoughtful, and friendly. They even made sure to adjust their plan to balance my daughter's nap time. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterward.
