The Role:
We’re looking for exceptional HVAC Duct Cleaner who can deliver world-class customer experience.
As an HVAC Duct Cleaner you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality of work, every time.
By working closely with our team, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.
Responsibilities:
HVAC Duct Cleaner responsible for cleaning and disinfecting duct systems using ‘best of’ standards to ensure a complete and thorough cleaning is done on each system
Ability to perform maintenance on HVAC systems to broaden work scope and abilities on the job site Inspects, performs maintenance, and offers recommendations on HVAC units for residential customers.
Identifies and discusses potentials for HVAC systems or IAQ upgrades or accessories
Travels to job sites in the service area and work with dispatcher to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer.
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtains replacement parts, calibrates system to manufacturer’s recommendations and explains full to the customer what issues are and what is needed to correct them.
Requirements:
Knowledge of HVAC
Clean, safe driving record.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
Applicants must have a neat and professional appearance, a good driving record and clean background.

Plumbing is where we got our start and our services have expanded to include heating and air conditioning, electrical, drain cleaning, duct cleaning, and excavation. Dean’s Home Services is an active member of the PHCC and Nexstar organizations.
